OGGLP AND MISSISSAUGAS OF SCUGOG ISLAND FIRST NATION SET PLANS INTO MOTION FOR THE NEW GREAT BLUE HERON CASINO
January 29, 2018 – Today, the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation (“MSIFN”) held an event to officially announce the signing of a redevelopment agreement with Ontario Gaming GTA LP (“OGGLP”), which is a partnership comprised of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (“GCGC”) and Brookfield Business Partners L.P. (“Brookfield”). This agreement signifies a new era for the Great Blue Heron Casino (“GBH”) and will encompass enhancements to the property allowing for a premier gaming and entertainment destination to be developed. The proposed redevelopment is slated for completion by the end of 2018.
GREAT CANADIAN GAMING AND BROOKFIELD COMPLETE ACQUISITION OF THE GTA BUNDLE IN ONTARIO GAMING MODERNIZATION PROCESS
January 23, 2018 – Coquitlam, BC and Toronto, ON – Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (TSX:GC) (“Great Canadian”) and Brookfield Business Partners L.P. (NYSE:BBU) (TSX:BBU.UN) (“Brookfield Business Partners”) together with its institutional partners (collectively, “Brookfield”) announced today that they, through their partnership Ontario Gaming GTA LP (“the Partnership”), have successfully completed the acquisition of certain gaming assets in the Greater Toronto Area (the “GTA Bundle”) for a purchase price of approximately C$170 million.

January 18, 2018 – Coquitlam, BC – Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] (“the Company”) announced today the registration (the “Registration”) of Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) as a gaming supplier under the Gaming Control Act (Ontario) has been approved. The Registration is in respect of the three gaming facilities in Gaming Bundle 5 (GTA) (the “GTA Bundle”); OLG Slots at Woodbine, OLG Slots at Ajax and Great Blue Heron Casino.

CHANCES CHILLIWACK PARTICIPATES AT TOUGH MUDDER FOR SIGNATURE CHARITY
In support of their signature charity, Bowls of Hope, our Chances Chilliwack team headed to Whistler, BC to participate in Tough Mudder. The team collected pledges to the event and raised over $1000 for Chilliwack Bowls of Hope.
ELEMENTS CASINO ADOPT-A-STREET
13 Elements Casino team members participated in the site’s quarterly Adopt-a-Street clean up as part of this year’s National Week of Caring. Elements Casino takes pride in keeping their streets clear and helping the environment.
GREAT CANADIAN PROPERTIES PLAY BALL FOR CHARITY
Nearly 130 team members across our BC properties participated in the first annual Great Canadian softball tournament – BC edition on Sunday, August 27th at Trout Lake. After a close final game, Casino Nanaimo came out on top, taking home the coveted trophy and bragging rights. Casino Nanaimo chose Nanaimo Search and Rescue as their charity of choice to receive a $250 donation.
$20,000 RAISED AT THE 2ND ANNUAL GREAT CANADIAN CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC
On August 21, Great Canadian hosted its 2nd Annual Great Canadian Employee Charity Golf Classic, bringing out team members from various Great Canadian BC properties to golf for a good cause. This year, over $20,000 was donated to Dreams Take Flight, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a trip of a lifetime for physically, mentally and socially challenged children. Dreams Take Flight is a 100% volunteered-powered charity and proud of it.
