Hard Rock Casino Vancouver Turns One!

COQUITLAM, B.C. (December 15, 2014) – On December 20, Hard Rock Casino Vancouver will celebrate and mark its one year anniversary. In true Hard Rock Casino Vancouver style, the day will be packed with excitement, activity and rockin’ performances including those of Canada’s own Bif Naked and Grammy Award-winning artist Everlast. Partial proceeds from the concert will benefit the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. The party does not stop there as the inaugural winner of Hard Rock Casino Vancouver’s Rock the MicTM competition, Best Night Ever, will open Asylum Sound Stage followed by headliner Nick Gilder & Sweeney Todd, Canadian musicians well known for Gilder’s signature track “Hot Child in the City.”

Over the last year, Hard Rock Casino Vancouver has become an entertainment destination for many local and international guests and has delivered on multiple fronts by:

APPOINTMENT OF KAREN KEILTY TO GREAT CANADIAN’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

December 17, 2014 – Richmond, BC – Great Canadian Gaming Corporation [TSX:GC] (“Great Canadian” or “the Company”) today announced that Ms. Karen Keilty has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Karen Keilty, CPA,FCA, possesses 30 years of accounting and audit experience, and prior to her recent retirement served as the Leader and Director of Operations for the British Columbia audit practice of Deloitte LLP. In this role, she acted as the auditor and trusted advisor for many of the province’s leading private and public companies, including Great Canadian. Ms. Keilty also served as a member of British Columbia’s Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for five years, and acted as the Institute’s President during the 2009-2010 fiscal year.
