January 19, 2021 – Toronto, ON – Further to the announcement today from the New Brunswick provincial government that certain businesses, such as casinos, will be required to close in the effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (TSX:GC) (“Great Canadian” or “the Company”) will be suspending operations at Casino New Brunswick as of Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 11:59pm AST.

GREAT CANADIAN GAMING ANNOUNCES THE REOPENING OF CASINO NOVA SCOTIA – HALIFAX

January 8, 2021 – Toronto, ON – Further to the announcement on January 8, 2021 from the Nova Scotia provincial government that certain gaming establishments in areas of the Halifax Regional Municipality can reopen, such as Casino Nova Scotia – Halifax, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (TSX:GC) (“Great Canadian” or “the Company”) will be reopening Casino Nova Scotia – Halifax at 12pm AST on Monday, January 11, 2021. The property will reopen with a reduction in hours of operation, will offer slot machine play along with limited table games and food and beverage amenities, and with guest capacity of approximately 20% of the property’s maximum facility capacity prior to its first closure on March 16, 2020.

December 21, 2020 – Toronto, ON – Further to the announcement on December 21, 2020 from the Ontario provincial government that all non-essential businesses across the province, such as casinos, will be required to close, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (TSX:GC) (“Great Canadian” or “the Company”) will be suspending gaming operations at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands, Shorelines Casino Belleville, Shorelines Casino Peterborough, and Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs as of Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 11:59pm EST. These four properties were the last four of the Company’s 12 properties in Ontario that remained open subsequent to the suspension of operations at the Company’s other Ontario properties through the fourth quarter of 2020. GREAT CANADIAN GAMING ANNOUNCES THE CONTINUED TEMPORARY GOVERNMENT MANDATED SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS AT CASINO WOODBINE

November 11, 2020 – Toronto, ON – Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (TSX:GC) (“Great Canadian” or “the Company”) announced today that Casino Woodbine will no longer reopen on November 14, 2020 as a result of the City of Toronto’s (“the City”) announcement on November 10 that certain businesses, including casinos, will be required to remain closed as part of the effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the City. It was previously announced by the Company on November 4, 2020 that Casino Woodbine would be reopening on November 14, after it suspended operations for the second time on October 9, 2020.
