Our Elements team presented a $1,000 cheque to Urban Safari Rescue for the work that they do to rescue exotic animals and educate the public about animals, the natural world, and conservation issues.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, our Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs team donated 200 turkeys to Kawartha Food Share to help feed hungry families in the community. This local non-profit organization exists to ensure that all members of the Peterborough County-City community have access to a reliable emergency food source.

Our team at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands displayed care and compassion for their community and environment by adopting a rod in Gananoque and hitting the streets (with their PROUD t-shirts on of course!) to keep it clean!

The team at Slots at Kawartha Downs did their part in keeping their community’s shorelines clean by participating in The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup.

During the National PROUD Week of Caring, Casino New Brunswick participated in the Big Bike team event and raised $1,932 for the New Brunswick Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Members from our View Royal Casino team showed their support of BC SPCA Victoria branch by participating in Paws for a Cause, and donating $1,000 to the non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals.

With the help of its community’s fundraising efforts, The Sharing Farm now has a new barn called Mary’s Barn, named after one of the founders of the organization. The Sharing Farm grows fresh, local and healthy produce for Richmond families in need, and is run by community members. As a long-time supporter of The Sharing Farm, River Rock helped to organize the grand opening of Mary’s Barn by providing finger foods and refreshments to the public as well as recruiting volunteers to help set up on the day of.
