Just in time for Thanksgiving, our Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs team donated 200 turkeys to Kawartha Food Share to help feed hungry families in the community. This local non-profit organization exists to ensure that all members of the Peterborough County-City community have access to a reliable emergency food source.
Our team at Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands displayed care and compassion for their community and environment by adopting a rod in Gananoque and hitting the streets (with their PROUD t-shirts on of course!) to keep it clean!

With the help of its community’s fundraising efforts, The Sharing Farm now has a new barn called Mary’s Barn, named after one of the founders of the organization. The Sharing Farm grows fresh, local and healthy produce for Richmond families in need, and is run by community members. As a long-time supporter of The Sharing Farm, River Rock helped to organize the grand opening of Mary’s Barn by providing finger foods and refreshments to the public as well as recruiting volunteers to help set up on the day of.
